Work in Progress

You oughta hear the mirror in my house You oughta fear her pretty, pretty mouth Says I’m imperfect in every way: “Miss Almost, Miss Maybe, Miss Halfway”/...But I’m gonna burn, I’m gonna shine and multiply I’m gonna fill up the great divide You’ll never break me with all the things you say “Miss Almost, Miss Maybe, Miss Halfway”

Dreams. Again.

So I had one crazy CRAZY dream last night.
This is rather long, fragmented and choppy, so bear with me.
I was going home to visit one of my parents, except they were divorced and I was visiting my remarried mom even though she didn't look or act anything like my mom and my stepdad wasn't anywhere in my dream. Sarah came with me for some odd reason, or was there for just a small portion of it, I don't really remember. But the house I went to-while it was still in NL-was really an English mansion resembling the one that was in the version of Pride and Prejudice I saw part of last week. It was also sometime around the 1800s, so the roads were all gravelly and we had candlelight, even though we managed to order pizza for dinner. And we ate at our dining room table...on the front lawn...which is apparently where it's kept. I also owned Harry Potter 6 on DVD, but lost my movie 5 so was trying to find a replacement and Sarah was massively confused because movie six wasn't even out yet so there was no way that I could have owned it. There was also some talk as to how I was going to come back, which involved a train, but my actual dad (who appeared out of nowhere) was bound and determined to drive me home.
Then it kind of switched to me in my dorm room on the phone telling my mom about my dream. But there's this weird thing I do in dreams where I know that I'm in a particular place, but if that place actually exists it never looks exactly like it. Normally if I'm in my house or dorm it's unusually dark and *nobody* else is there at all...one time my dorm was this white plain with my desk-no walls, ceiling or floor. Just whiteness.
Anyhoo.
My dream switched again to me being at home at kind of my actual house, except my bedroom was my dorm room. I had to get my hair cut so I went to Alyssa's house because her dad cuts hair (he really doesn't) with Alyssa (who I haven't seen since my junior year of highschool). For some odd reason, my hair was bleach blonde even though I hadn't dyed it at all. While I was getting my hair cut my mom brought in Snoopy for some odd reason. After the hair cut I decided to walk to Kristina's (even though she lives on the opposite side of town and there was no reason for me not to drive). When I got there, it turned out that Kristina wasn't home and that she couldn't drive me back to school (for some odd reason I was expecting her to...) but Leah and Sarah were there, too, so they could give me a ride back to my house (even though Leah doesn't know Kristina at all and Sarah met her once for all of five minutes). She also lived in a mansion in my dream when she doesn't in real life. Then I got back home and was trying to explain to my dad that I could just take the train back to school because there was a Metra station in Waverly (there isn't) except the ticket cost seventy bucks, but he wouldn't let me and insisted on driving. Then I was walking through town and kept running into someone wearing a rugby shirt from a school in Texas and her shirt freaked me out for some odd reason. Then I was driving through town and Cedar Rd had been turned into a highway and I was confused as to which exit to take.
There was also something about visiting my Noni, and I was going back to Alyssa's house for something at the very end.
...
Strange.
