The end of No Finer Calling (third movement, nothing we auditioned on) is probably the most amazing piece of music I have ever played ever, marching band music set aside. I'm going to be very sad when we're done playing that piece.

The *amazing* part is after the really quiet part where the timpani and clarinet have a pp fermata, then the band gradually comes in with a slow, sad-ish melody. It builds and gets to be amazing. But it is a ways in.
Only a few more hours left of me being 19. Which is weird. Because I'll be 20 at midnight. WHICH IS STRANGE. But exciting just the same =]
